im back! wee...~ dapat gak mood untuk hapdate belog. siyesly.. shortsem ni bz gile nak mapos. since aku amek compulsory moot. u guys tau x moot tu ape? okay, buat yang kurang ketahuan apekah itu moot.. perhaps it kind of whatever i have no idea to merepek plak apa tu moot. haha. eh.. am i too fast for telling u the content of my story tonite? hihi. dah tade mukadimah kan skang.. dah tareti nak merepek. n bila dah tareti nak merepek.. means.. towards maturity kot? haha. okay, thats it. blabbing babbling kan? can't help it ;p
okay, moot tu kind of perbicaraan dalam mahkamah olok-olok. macam student laws.. semua akan hadapi pembelajaran yg praktikal sebegitu. for me, its fun! becuz.. not reading subject. *nampak sangt malas baca kan? lallala.. -,-" kelas moot best. sebab lecturer kitorang best, cute, sporting *but when shez become a judge, she really acts like one & shez no longer be her.huhu. her name is madam suzanna kamaruzzaman * to all juniors of AIKOL IIUM, i suggest this lecturer to become ur Dr. compulsory moot.no regret. ;)
so, today is a 1st day for 1st round of mooting session. theres a lot more session for the rest of us who are not perform yet. so, kitorang da dapat gambaran how the session gonna be like. on how we goin to be attacked by the judge who is our lecturer. for the 1st moot session.. yang akan assest lecturer kita sendiri. but 'can't wait' for 2nd moot where the panel of judges akan dok kat bench depan tu haa n tembak kita dengan soalan2 & perhaps all of us wud feel like ohemmAllah, im dead im dead. (T___T) lecturer sendiri tanya soalan pon da banyak cekadak unless we make it clear what are we submitting on la.
hopefully, my team, me as a senior counsel on behalf of the appellant*blushing.kah3. wit my co-counsel Puteri Balqis goin to perform well next tuesday. wee again~ haha.

weyyy submission aku xhabis kot..! kene tanya banyak soklan banyak giler bla bla bla.. yang lagi teruk ada referred authority aku xsupport dengan primary sources; the cases. sebab i thought... ......................................... ok, alasan. (T__T) this is bad u know. memang i ada sedia cases n acts sume. tapi if ada statement kita refer kat textbook, textbook is not a primary source. and i did pause a lot especially when i was thinking to answer the questions thrown out by madam. so sad. tapi xper.. dah lepas kan.. bule improve lagi utk 2nd moot selasa depan. cepat x? hihi
